Texas starts fighting spammers in court

Texas has filed its first lawsuit against spammers. Two men, claimed to be behind the fourth largest spam operation in the world, have been charged under the 2003 CAN-SPAM Act and the State's Electronic Mail and Solicitation Act and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. IDF Fall 2003: Intel stays schtum on overclocking

You have probably read a lot of the news emerging from Intel's Developer Forum in San Jose, but has there been any developments regarding the Intel Desktop Control Center, Intel's apparent accommodation of overclocking - which surfaced last month? The answer is no, for all the gathering of the great and the good, but we did try. Nikon views market share for the D40 DSLR

Nikon has announced its low-end DSLR the D40; part of the company's bid to take a 40 per cent market share to give it a leadership position. The new camera will replace the existing D50 - of which there is a month's supply remaining - while broadening its appeal to families as well as creative enthusiasts.
